Capital Contracting – Has recent tour of Walsh Window factory in Duluth Minnesota

When we formed our alliance with Walsh Windows and Reynolds/Norandex we had no idea they would be such a support to our company and our clients. It has turned out to be a great partnership, one that we look forward too many years of growth and success.

On a recent trip to Duluth Minnesota we visited the Walsh Windows plant and we were officially trained by the factory at Walsh they were very accommodating and helpful training our whole staff on the features and benefits of Walsh Windows and why Walsh Windows made in Minnesota are created for this climate and why they are unique and far superior than most brands out there.  With this writing I will also include some photos of the plant and explain the process of manufacturing a Walsh Window.

Capital Contracting- The Insurance Restoration Process Made Easy!!

The first steps to a successful claim:

• 1: At Capital Contracting we will do a thorough inspection of your property exterior for any damage that would be covered by your insurance company, under a no-fault claim.
• 2: If damaged, we would have you contact your insurance company and assist you in filing a claim. The information needed would be: the date of the storm, and we will need a claim number to attach to the file (this is very important). When you call into your insurance just ask and they will give you a claim number.
• 3: We meet with the insurance adjuster at your property and go over the damage together. If the insurance company does not agree with what we honestly feel you’re entitled to, we ask for a different adjuster to come out, we are working on your behalf. We must agree on the scope of damage and the measurements the pricing is set by your insurance company.
• 4: Once we have received an approval from your insurance company, you let us know what siding or roofing colors you would like installed.
• 5: Next: The first insurance check arrives which now enables us to go ahead and order the materials you have selected.
• 6: We now build with the materials you have selected, we use extreme care because this is your home and we treat it as our own.
• 7: Once finished, we final invoice the insurance company to let them know that the job is complete and they release the final check to you, for your final payment to us.
